Must Haves for Moms with Infants- A Blog

Image
If you are pregnant with your first child, other than the absolute basics (diapers, wipes, car seat, clothes, something to lay them in when they’re not attached to you , which is like 20 mins out of the day), figuring out what else you need for baby can be really really overwhelming. There are thousands items you could make a strong case for buying, and thousands more versions of that one item to pick from.  If you’re about to have your second, third, fourth....(I’ll just stop there), there’s always some new or cool “necessity” that didn’t exist before this time around. And just know, I only had two of the products I’m going to tell you about before having my daughter, but the rest were...

Four Areas of Developmental Skills for Children to Demonstrate by Age 3- An Article

In early 2019, my 2 year old daughter started speech therapy. Various assessments showed she was developing normally in all other areas except for her speech, where she had an obvious, and then test proven, delay. I never even thought about whether she could do that...or that...or that.” My daughter has been at home with me since birth and I started to feel as if maybe I would be confident that she could do more of the skills being assessed if she was attending a toddler/preschool program.  Then I started to realize that any skill my daughter needed exposure to, I was capable of showing her. I just needed to know what those skills were. So I opened up google...

Allow Me To Introduce Myself

Hello Potential Clients. I created this site for you to have easy access to my portfolio of work. I hope you find the examples of blogs and articles helpful in getting a feel for my quality and style of writing and you’d be encouraged to allow me the opportunity to work for you. Just a little about myself. I am 37 years old, married, with one daughter and another child on the way. I graduated from Towson University in 2004 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I taught kindergarten in a Title One school in Baltimore County, MD for twelve years, earning my Masters of Science in Education from Walden University during the course of that time. After the birth of my daughter, I transitioned into being a stay at home mom and will continue that after the birth of my next child for the foreseeable future. I have always had a passion for writing and sharing information and my perspectives on issues I’m passionate about in a creative and concise way. I’m looking for different oppo...
